How adorable! I hope she gets to visit again very soon. Quality time with grandchildren is one of the best things about getting older.

Yeah, you can spoil them and not have to pay the consequences.

Flying to Japan to see my three grandkids in June. It's been a year and a half.....far too long. Expensive but well worth it.

Just came back from attending the missus’ UAB graduation ceremony. MS in Comp Science after having BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering so she’s definitely stacked them, and I couldn’t be prouder! Banger of a party tonight with all her girlfriends gathered over.

Lightening took out my TV so I went and bought a new one. There are some plastic feet that have to be screwed into the bottom of it. I do not have the right size screwdriver so am using the edge of the one I have. It is a slow process. At this rate I am going to be screwing all night. I never have the right tools for the job. Had to install a toilet seat with a butter knife last year. I hope you all have a great weekend!

Actually I am of the female persuasion and don't have a wife but that is kind of funny though.

The only way to learn is speak it and get corrected. I learned on the trains going to baseball games. Japanese High School kids trying their English and us trying Japanese to respond. hilarious back and forth .......Plus we were playing Japanese teams and learned a lot more on the field.

But, I was getting paid and didn't really care.........because technically I was on a Japanese team .....

Congrats Corch.

My dad has a couple of granddad sayings-

"If we knew grandkids were this fun, we would have been nicer to their parents." Or, "We would have had them first."
